Q: Where is my dashboard data stored?
A: Every piece of device information, security vital analysis, and check history is processed and stored locally on your device. We do not maintain external servers to collect your security metrics, meaning your data belongs entirely to you.Q: I upgraded to Pro but my features are locked.
A: If you recently reinstalled the app or switched to a new iPhone, head to the Settings tab within Cyber Vitals and tap "Restore Purchases." This securely pings the App Store via RevenueCat to re-verify your active premium status instantly without charging you again.Q: How do I manage or cancel my premium subscription?
A: All subscription billing is securely handled directly by Apple. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time by opening your iPhone’s native Settings App -> Tap your Name/Apple ID at the top -> Subscriptions -> Cyber Vitals.
